Position: Product executive

Company: GBCI Ventures Pte. Ltd.

Introduction:
We are a Technology company focusing on implementing technologies to develop Smart Cities.

Our goal is to expand our business across all Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) Countries and to build a strong eco system of partners (Government, Smart City Projects, AI Companies, Tech Startups and Schools) to implement our Technologies to build the next generation of cities.

Job specs for product executive:
1. Work and manage communication with product owners, stakeholders, respective teams as well as industry partners across multiple countries.

2. Conduct regular activities like collecting user feedback, requirements and data gathering, industry trends and market research, periodical tests and reviews, competitor and sales funnel analysis to continuously improve product.

3. Develop, appraise and implement current and future product ideas, positions, strategies, plans and forecasts to maintain product specifications and roadmap that are consistent with company's goals.

4. Manage and maintain multiple products and product teams.

5. Prepare and document all necessary information according to best product management practices.

6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Benefits and salary:
1.Hours of work: Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 7:00pm

2.Primarily based in: Asia(As per company’s business progression and designated location.) For now, based in Manila, Philippines.

3.Salary: During Probation: NT$40,000
Upon Confirmation: NT$42,500

4.Probationary Period: 3 months

5.Annual Leave: 15 days per calendar year
Medical Leave: 4 days per calendar year

6. Staff Dorm at Company designated Hostel OR 18,000 PESOS or equivalent Housing subsidy of the employee’s choice

7. Round-trip flight ticket back to hometown from Company designated flight.

8. Working Meals provided at Company designated canteen.

9. 13th month bonus.

1.Plan, execute, monitor and control all assigned projects.

2.Handle the liaison with all internal and external stakeholders.

3.Provide overall direction and guidance to development team members.

4.Research and implement projects related to Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies and Smart City developments.

5.Participate in requirements gathering, project documentation, information analysis and solution development.

6.Facilitate smooth workflow and communication between all departments.

7.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Regulation and salary:
1.Hours of work: Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 7:00pm
